She joined the team as an intern without a tourism résumé but brought curiosity, courage, and a gift for words. With mentorship and training, she grew into her role as Operations Assistant, ensuring every itinerary and quotation is accurate and intentional. She also leads all written communications, including social media, website content, and client documents.

Loveness is the calm behind the calendar, the brain behind the bookings, and the bridge between dreams and departure dates. With a background in hotel reception, front office, and secretarial services, she brings precision and grace to every itinerary. When she joined Sauti
Africa, she had no background in tourism, just a strong work ethic, a warm spirit, and a willingness to learn. With mentorship, training, and a lot of heart, she grew into her role, mastering the art of transforming complex safari plans into seamless, soul-filled journeys.

Gift is the quiet eye behind the lens, responsible for all photography, videography and visual content shared across Sauti Africa Safaris’ platforms. He was recruited as an intern with a spark of curiosity and a camera that had seen better days. A proud Maasai local with a natural eye for storytelling, he’s now a confident media producer whose work now defines how the world see us. From dusty trails to golden sunsets, he captures the soul of each safari with reverence and precision. He’s a man of few words, but his lens speaks with honesty and volume. No staged wildlife, no reckless shots, just real moments that reflect the land, honor its people and the creatures who call it home.

Brayson was born and raised in Arusha, and joined Sauti Africa in 2024 with a steady hand and a sharp eye for detail. He now oversees all vehicle maintenance, ground transport, and technical logistics behind the scenes. When he’s not under the hood or coordinating routes, you’ll find him
reading, snapping photos, or deep in conversation with our guests. His love for connection runs as deep as his respect for workshop.
